5. Customer data and survey respondents
When a customer uses feedbi to collect feedback, that customer decides what questions are asked, where surveys are published and what context is attached to each response. In that situation, the customer is responsible for having a valid basis to collect the feedback and for providing any notice required to its own users or customers.
feedbi processes survey responses to provide the service to that customer. Survey respondents should contact the business that sent or displayed the survey for questions about a specific response.

We keep account, survey and response data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and maintain security. Customers may request deletion of their account or data by contacting us.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
10. International data transfers
feedbi may be operated from the United States and may use infrastructure or service providers in other countries. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed outside your country of residence.
