1. Who operates feedbi
feedbi is operated by Ecom Profit Lab LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. You can contact us at hi@feedbi.net.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using feedbi, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you use feedbi on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
3. The service
feedbi is a customer experience platform for creating questionnaires, publishing surveys through links or QR codes, collecting feedback, reviewing dashboards, exporting responses and receiving alerts.
The product is currently evolving. Some features may be experimental, limited, changed, paused or removed as the service develops.
4. Accounts and invitations
Access may be offered by invitation, waitlist or account creation flow. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these terms, create security risks, abuse the service or use feedbi in a way that may harm other users, respondents or the platform.
5. Plans, limits and billing
feedbi may offer free and paid plans with different limits, including limits for active surveys, visible responses, users, organizational units, exports, alerts, branding and future AI features.
Paid billing may be introduced or managed through a payment provider such as Stripe. Prices, plan limits and available features may change over time. If a payment integration is not active yet, pricing shown on the website may be indicative or used for early access conversations.
6. Customer content and data
You keep ownership of the questionnaires, survey configuration, branding, responses, comments and other content that you submit to feedbi. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display and transmit that content in order to provide the service.
You are responsible for the surveys you publish, the questions you ask, the channels where you share them and the legality of collecting feedback from your customers, employees, guests or users.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use feedbi to:
- Collect sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful basis and proper safeguards.
- Send spam, phishing messages, deceptive links or abusive communications.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, infringing or misleading content.
- Attempt to access accounts, data or systems without authorization.
- Interfere with the security, availability or performance of the service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape or misuse the service beyond normal product usage.
8. Email, alerts and public links
feedbi may send transactional emails such as invitations, password resets, test emails, alerts and product notifications. You are responsible for configuring valid sender information and using public survey links and QR codes in a lawful and appropriate way.
9. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that feedbi will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. Maintenance, infrastructure incidents, third-party provider issues or product changes may affect availability.
10. Intellectual property
feedbi, its interface, software, brand, design, documentation and product concepts are owned by Ecom Profit Lab LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you except for the limited right to use the service according to these terms.
11. Third-party services
feedbi may rely on third-party services for hosting, email delivery, domain management, analytics, payment processing or other infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
12. Disclaimers
feedbi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific business results, customer satisfaction improvements, response rates, deliverability or revenue impact.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecom Profit Lab LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of feedbi.
14. Termination
You may stop using feedbi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or fail to comply with payment obligations once paid plans are active.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of feedbi after changes means you accept the updated terms.
